Possible solution

I had similar problem. If you look at log there is line: ERROR: CopyFile(C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\extract\\PROGDIR\.\npnotes.dll, C:\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\.\npnotes.dll) failed: 20.
In my particular case I searched with Sysinternals Process Explorer and found that some other processes are using npnotes.dll. I killed this processes and installation went without problems.
